Remodelling or increasing pectorals
This procedure is intended to increase the volume of the pectoral muscles. It can help you achieve:
- An improved outline for men, when the size of the chest is considered too small.
- Balance between the size of the pectorals, when there is a significant difference between them.
- As a reconstructive technique in certain situations.
There are currently two ways to achieve an increase in the pectorals:
- INFILLING WITH HYALURONIC ACID. A gel based on stabilized hyaluronic acid is injected into the deep layers of the skin above the pectoral muscle. The results of pectoral remodelling are immediate and long-lasting, but not permanent. The effect remains for about a year although it can vary from one individual to another. In time the process will have to be repeated to maintain the result.
- PECTORAL PROSTHESES. An enlarged chest can be achieved by implanting a prosthesis in the subcutaneous tissue or under the pectoral muscles.
